Zone 1 – Local (Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Mount Pleasant): $0
Zone 2 – Regional (Columbia, Myrtle Beach, Savannah, Charlotte): $500
Zone 3 – National (Atlanta, DC, New York, Chicago, Dallas, etc.): $1,250 + $250/night lodging
Note: Zone 3 may include surge pricing during peak seasons (holidays, major events). A clear quote is always provided upfront so there are no surprises.

UGC vs Pro? UGC = fast social-first, Pro = polished cinematic.
B-roll? Short extra clips (:15–:30s). Perfect for detail and variety.
Corrected vs Edited? Corrected = light/color fixes. Edited = full retouch.
Do I get raw files? Yes for UGC video + Pro Signature B-roll. Otherwise, edited files are standard.
How fast is delivery? UGC = 24–72 hrs, Pro = 3–10 business days.
Revisions? UGC = 1 minor per reel. Pro = 1 full round. More = paid add-ons.
Travel fees? Flat by zone (see above). Surge pricing possible on Zone 3 but always quoted upfront.
Payment? 50% retainer at booking, balance before delivery.
📜 Booking Policies
Retainer: 50% secures your date. Non-refundable but transferable once within 6 months.
Cancellations: After prep/travel/shoot, a partial fee may apply. Within 48 hrs, balance may be due.
Sessions: Run on schedule. Extra time billed at add-on rates.
Files & Storage: Delivered online, hosted for 30 days. Back up promptly.
Responsibilities: Client provides logos/scripts/access on time. Delays extend delivery.
Emergencies: If gear, weather, or events interfere, we’ll reschedule or refund unused fees.
Balance: Due before delivery. Travel billed upfront.
