How Booking Works

Step 2 — Reserve with a 50% Retainer
Your retainer locks your date on our calendar. Balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Step 3 — We Capture the Story
Nationwide coverage with photo & video teams built to deliver fast and polished results.

Keep in mind:

• A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to book your event.

• Retainers secure your date and apply toward your final balance.

• Balance due 48 hours before the event.

• Events booked inside 10 days of event date:

  • Photography: Normal delivery timelines apply.

  • Video: Delivery in 7–10 business days, or 5 days with Rush Option (+20%).
