Q: Where are you based, and do you travel?

A: We’re based in Goose Creek, SC, but we serve clients nationwide. Our pricing is zone-based (Local · Regional · National) with travel already included — no surprise fees.

Q: What’s included in your packages?

A: Every package offers photo or/and video:

  • Photography:

    • Press Kit (curated preview images) in 24–48 hours

    • Full Edited Gallery in 72 hours (Rush Option: +20% fee → 24 hours)

  • Video (if added):

    • If booked 10+ days before your event → Delivered in 5 business days

    • If booked inside 10 days of event
      Rush Option (+20% fee): 5 business days
      Standard Option: 7–10 business days

This ensures you always know when you’ll receive your deliverables.

Q: Do I get all the raw files?

A: Raw photos and video are available as an add-on. Edited deliverables are always included, but if you want raw assets:

  • Photo Archive: $1,000

  • Video Footage: $2,500

Q: Who owns the rights to the photos and videos?

A: All packages include rights for your organization’s marketing, PR, internal communications, and sponsor reports. Extended rights (advertising, broadcast, global distribution) and full IP buyouts are available under add-ons.

Q: What if I book inside the 10-day window?

A: You still have options:

  • Rush Delivery (+20% fee): We’ll still deliver in 5 business days.

  • Standard Delivery: You’ll receive your video in 7–10 business days.

Photography delivery timelines remain the same regardless of booking window.

Q: How do I book and secure my event date?

A: A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date on our calendar. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event.

Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

A: Cancellation: Retainers are non-refundable. Payments beyond the retainer are refundable only if cancellation is made 30+ days before the event.

Rescheduling: 30+ days out = no penalty (subject to availability). Inside 30 days = 25% reschedule fee.

Q: What happens if something goes wrong during the event?

A: If we miss a key deliverable due to our error, we’ll refund or credit that portion. If you’d like additional coverage or edits beyond your package, those are available as add-ons.

Q: Do you cover multi-day events?

A: Yes — pricing is per event day. We can customize for multi-day conferences, retreats, or festivals.

Q: How quickly will I hear back after I reach out?

A: We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
